To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Escribá, I was commissioned the creative direction of the "tartas project".
A concept by pastry chef, Christian Escribá, referred to as one of the finest bakers by Ferrán Adriá (considered one of the best chefs in the world), and Swiss fine-art photographer Hans Gissinger, who portrayed this creative exercise with a Photo Sonics 35mm Camera and Unilux strobes, at 150 frames/sec.
